Recommended Cleaning: Detach Fi Smart GPS tracking device from collar bands. Place collar bands in an old sock and toss them into the washing machine. Air dry. We DO NOT recommend you dry in the dryer. For deeper cleaning, hand wash using a little bit of dishwashing soap and a soap brush. Work soap into a lather and lightly scrub both sides of the collar until clean. Rinse completely under cold water and lay on the counter to air dry. The colors will be bright again. Just like new!
quick service and great quality product, third purchase - will be back!
This is my 2nd Fi compatible collar. I love the metal nameplate instead of attaching a hanging name plate that fades out over time. This collar is sturdy & well-made. They offer a wide array of colors & designs. Highly recommend!
Great material! Great look! If you don't have one for your pup...get one!! I have 2 ❤️
They are by far the best Fi collars anywhere! Love all of he color choices and patterns! They are the best collars I buy for my dog! Great quality!! Love them!
I have found that when my dog scratches a bunch, the Fi can unhook - haven't yet figured out if this is the way I'm putting it on or an actual issue. That said, it's not a safety issue during walks or anything.
