How do I swap my existing Fi collar band with a LUCKY+DOG Fi collar band?
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to anywhere in the USA and the following countries:

How long does shipping take?

All of collars and leashes are made to order in-house in Austin, Texas. We do not stock inventory for collars and leashes. 

Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Your order will ship after your product is built and the order is fulfilled, not from when your order was placed.

This also means that if you choose an upgraded shipping option (ie. USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.), your order will ship via your chosen shipping method once your order has been fulfilled, not from when it your order was placed. Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will normally ship within 3-5 business days.

Orders that have collars with customized engraving on them may take an additional business day before they are shipped.

From time to time, there may be shipping delays for all orders.  In these cases, there is always a shipping popup notification on our website with detailed shipping dates. If you didn't see the popup, standard shipping times indicated above apply.

I don't see a certain color or length for sale anywhere on your site. Do you have it for sale?

Unfortunately, the only products we have for sale are all up on the site. If you do not see it for sale, we don’t have any! We always announce new and back-in-stock colors on Instagram, so be sure to follow us @luckyplusdog!

Do you do wholesale orders?

What is your return policy?

If your dog should decide they don't like their gear we have a 30 day return policy. The item must still be in NEW condition. Collars with personalized engraving are treated a little bit differently. Please visit our Returns page on how to get the process started.

I made a mistake on my order. How can I fix it?

If you made a mistake while ordering, orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after ordering. Please contact us via the contact page. We will cancel your order so you can re-order the correct item. We can update shipping info up to 24 hours after ordering.

My leash and collar are filthy! Can I wash it?

Yes you can! Most people wash their leash and collar in a garment bag in the washing machine. You could also place your dog gear in a large sock and toss it in the wash. Hang to dry, uncoiled, away from direct sunlight.

Will color transfer to my dog's fur?

Bright colored webbing (bright red, neon yellow, neon orange, hot pink, fuchsia, navy) can stain white or light fur. To prevent any potential staining, we recommend washing your collar in cold water before initial use.
