We strive to process and ship orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. All free shipping services are provided by USPS. We do offer paid expedited shipping via USPS and UPS. We do not ship on Sundays or on major holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of collars and leashes are made to order in-house in Austin, Texas. We do not stock inventory for collars and leashes. Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship within 2 business days (normally within one business day depending on volume). Orders that have collars with customized engraving on them may take an additional business day before they are shipped.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
