Our production studio in downtown Austin will be closed beginning 3/11 thru 3/15 for SXSW.
Order Processing: Any orders placed on or after 3/10 will begin shipping on 3/18. We appreciate your understanding and patience.Customer Support: Our customer support team will be available during the closure.

About Our Lifetime Guarantee

GUARANTEED means we will replace any Lucky + Dog brand pet gear that has been accidentally damaged during normal pet-related activities.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:

  • Lost
  • Outgrown
  • Simply dirty or stinky
  • Exhibiting normal wear and tear
  • Damaged intentionally or through neglect

We reserve the right to limit the number of free replacements when there is excessive use or abuse of our guarantee.

Upon receiving your request, we will make every attempt to repair your damaged item.  If we cannot repair your item, we will mail an identical replacement of the item within 2-3 business days. If the color or style is retired, we’ll ask you to choose a new one.

No receipt needed. Seriously.

How To Request A Replacement

Include your name, mailing address & e-mail or phone number. Using a padded envelope or small box will ensure your item makes it through the postal service automation. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. We strongly urge you to add tracking to your return package.
